Using the NHS app with the new system.
To re-register for online services on a mobile phone/tablet:
- Uninstall/remove the NHS app from your device
- Restart your device
- Re-install the NHS app
- Log back into your NHS account
To re-register for online services using a browser:
- Remove any bookmarked links to the NHS website
- Delete the browser’s history and cache
- Close, then reopen browser
- Search for the NHS website
- Create a new bookmark
- Log back into the NHS website
